We showed up with a party of 12. Great appetizers. Potato Pancake with Peach applesauce was amazing. My schnitzel was excellent. Awesome T-shirts too. Highly recommend for great food with more chill atmosphere.
Wow I can’t believe it. I’m German and have been too so many states seeking authentic German food and this place was just perfect. The Döner was the only authentic one I’ve ever had in the US and the schnitzel was also great. The servers were super attentive and nice. Also very kid friendly. Will definitely be coming back
This was a wonderful experience for not having German food before. I simply asked what the waitress recommended (Rahmschnitzel) and she didn't disappoint. Huge portion but I regret not taking any desserts to go. I will be returning soon.
This was our first time to a German restaurant. Staff greeted us as we entered the restaurant and seated us right away. It was a pleasant experience and we will definitely return to this establishment. I wanted to order the Bavarian pretzel with beer cheese and mustard but they had run out of beer cheese. I'm not the one to pass up on cheese so I declined the order to go. We shall see if I return to order the pretzel to go on a different day while I'm visiting. I will update this post with the picture if I do. We didn't order any dessert because we were too full to order. Maybe another time. Happy eating 😋
they had Gluten free bread! and the Italian wedding soup was gf as well! the saurkraut was nice and warm, felt like a nice hug. Very good service and nice shirts!
Better than pretty good, actually very good. I haven’t had Jager schnitzel since I was in the military many years ago. I was feeling nostalgic and was wondering how authentic this would be. Pretty much hit the bull’s-eye. The waitress was friendly and professional. The meal came out surprisingly fast, seemed like maybe five minutes. 9 of 10
Parking lot can fill up fast, but there is free on street parking. This is an open family style restaurant, where the servers inviting and gracious. There is a video showing all of the cakes that are available every day. We ordered a Bavarian Pretzel with cheddar beer dip and mustard. I ordered Poutine. While we waited for our food to come out, we saw lots of platers full of amazing dishes! The food came out so hot that we had to wait to eat it. As a poutine lover, I feel like they really upped their game by putting fried cheese curds in the dish. Large Bourbon selection. Bathrooms are clean.
We visited The Angry German and had a great experience. The food was very good, and I especially enjoyed the dessert. The restaurant was clean, and the food came out quickly. The waitress was polite and provided helpful recommendations during our visit. Overall, it’s a great spot and one I would recommend.
I am a trucker who has traveled all lower 48 in every town and I have never found a restaurant like this. The food, the atmosphere, the greatest employees/ friends 🧡 this place is very genuine. They order most of their stuff from out of the states because it's a real German restaurant. If you have a gluten intolerant problem. You will not have that here. If you have a lot of food allergies you will not have that here. They actually bring in real German food. The drinks we had a really great server his name was Corey and he served as the Blackberry crown and lemonade those were the bomb. We also had the mac and cheese bites those were just to die for. They have real genuine poutine here. All of the Schnitzel is to die for. Everything is made from scratch. We did try one of their dark beer dunkel 🍺 to die for. Everything was reasonably priced. Everything was actually greatly priced especially for everything being made from scratch. I am a very clean eater I do not eat out and I do not eat fillers everything at this restaurant is made with really great quality ingredients. I do not eat ketchup. I actually hate the taste of ketchup. Corey brought out a really great Curry ketchup that they make from scratch every morning I think I ate the whole container. And then we got the freshest french fries in the world. I did the chicken schnitzel sandwich and my husband did the pork schnitzel with brown gravy, the red cabbage, with spatzle. Chris was also one of our servers they were both so wonderful. It was the greatest experience. I will be returning and I will be recommending this place to everybody. If you are a clean eater or you're somebody that has allergies and cannot eat out I promise you you will be able to eat here. And that's not by selective Choice everything on the menu is awesome.
The food and service are both excellent. Staff seem genuinely happy to be there and have always been friendly and helpful. I love the goulash, but all the menu items (lunch and dinner) I've had have always been delicious and well-prepared. The desserts are yummy but a little expensive, yet a good treat once in a while. For a small restaurant the noise level is comfortable and not overwhelming. Overall, highly recommend.
